Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We offer free shipping on domestic orders of ₹4000 and above.
Delivery Partners
- Domestic Shipping: Handled by India Post and other trusted courier partners.
- International Shipping: Fulfilled through reputed global carriers including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and ARAMEX, ensuring safe and timely delivery worldwide.
International Deliveries & Customs
For international shipments, we primarily use DHL Express to facilitate smooth customs clearance and direct doorstep delivery. However, please note:
- Import duties, customs taxes, or handling charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges, if applicable, are to be paid directly to the delivery partner (DHL) upon receipt of the order.
- Silver products are not eligible for international shipping due to regulatory and security concerns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track the status of your order anytime under the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
